About me

I’m a UNC Charlotte graduate, majoring in Computer Science with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Growing up in West Virginia and moving to North Carolina has exposed me to a diverse range of people and their needs. I want to use this knowledge and opportunity to help make technology more accessible for everyone.

Gabe has been an invaluable asset to our team, consistently maintaining high standards of quality and service. His ability to effectively lead staff and operations has greatly contributed to the success of our Shop. He leads by example, always going above and beyond to ensure that both customers and staff alike are satisfied with their experience.

One of his greatest strengths is his exceptional organizational skills. He has a natural talent for multitasking and prioritizing tasks, which has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations.

Furthermore, he has a genuine passion for systems and efficiency. He took the time to study our point of sale system and configure/reorganize it to speed up operations throughout the entire shop. His efforts far exceeded my expectations creating a better system and experience for both customers and employees.

Overall, I have been consistently impressed by Gabe’s professionalism, dedication, and leadership qualities. He has played a pivotal role in the success of our shop as well as helping me personally with different systems and operations.

Gabriel Fuller has been an outstanding employee at my business since Jan 3, 2021. The business is Giddy Goat coffee roasters and café, we roast coffee and operate as a café serving our coffee and foods made in our kitchen. Gabe began as a barista serving customers with skill and enthusiasm. He was promoted to manager and serves capably in that role today. He showcased his considerable IT skills revamping our Clover point of sale system to streamline transactions and improve customer service. He trains new staff, oversees his shift always with a positive attitude even when challenges like equipment failures occur. I strongly recommend Gabe to future employers because I want him to pursue a successful career in his area of study. His computer skills will prove invaluable as they have for my business.
